There are a lot of details that go into each one of our hulls. In June, Blue View's details began to really come together! Up forward, the machine tunnel is nearing her first coat of primer.
The walls are up in the pump room, bilge boxes and chases are being installed in the engine room, and the mechanical layout is being finalized. The lazarette now has a bulkhead, strut blocking, and rudder ports. Soon, we will begin prepping for the gyro surround.
In July, we are looking forward to pulling Blue View out of the barn and placing the forward fuel tank and the forward deck (otherwise known as the machine tunnel sole). You can expect great progress in the coming months on Blue View!
