Bayliss Boatworks new construction updates

Progress on Sequentis is moving right along! Both the mezzanine buildout and cockpit deck installation are now complete. Our exterior carpentry team has moved on to installing the teak coverboards in the cockpit, and teak border and lids in the mezzanine.

Our crew stayed busy on Max Bet last month. The exterior carpentry team has been working on the bridge buildout and finished glassing the structural deck in the cockpit. Down in the engine room, our mechanical and electrical crews installed the engine and generator switches, as well as the engine room breakers.

November was a big month of installs for Bayliss 75'. The custom sportfishing yacht was moved just outside of the hull shop to have her engine room components installed. Our mechanical team worked efficiently, and Bayliss 75' is now equipped with two MTU 16V 2000M96L engines, two 40 kW Kohler generators, and a Seakeeper 18. With the help of our exterior carpentry team, her salon deck was installed and Bayliss 75' was moved back into the hull shop.

With planking complete on Bayliss 64', sanding is underway in the hull shop. The engine vents have been glassed, and our hull carpentry crew is gearing up to glass the hull bottom and install the spray rails.
