Bayliss Boatworks new construction updates

Steady progress is happening on Sequentis. Super Build was applied to the bridge and mezzanine, and crews are now sanding these areas in preparation for primer. Our exterior carpentry crew started adding the teak border in the cockpit, and the teak transom was also installed. The team has constructed the cockpit deck for Sequentis, which will be installed within the next few days!

October was a busy month on Max Bet! Our exterior carpentry crew installed the half round to the cabin and have continued their progress on the mezzanine. The bridge buildout has just begun, and Max Bet will feature a portside peninsula console with a forward console bench seat and starboard bench seat.

Engine room prep is underway on Bayliss 75! Our paint crew applied Super Build and Awlfair to the engine room and are now sanding in preparation for primer. The salon deck buildout is in progress, and we are looking forward to her engine and generator installs later this month. Bayliss 75' will be equipped with two MTU 16V 2000M96L engines and two Kohler 40 kW generators.

Our hull carpentry team breezed through the planking process on our latest build this past month! On Halloween, we celebrated the benchmark Whiskey Plank upon installation of the final hull plank on Bayliss 64. With the two layers of planking complete, crews will begin sanding the hull sides next.
