Max Bet will reside dockside until her christening later this month, with our mechanical team testing and proving all systems. Our interior carpentry team is hard at work nesting specialized storage items, such as rods and reels in the companionway rod locker. In the salon, the teak sofa bases are now installed and are awaiting the installation of custom sofa cushions. In the lower accommodations, wall panels and headliner panels are being installed in the staterooms and heads.

We're thrilled to share that Max Bet's first fishing trip was an outstanding success, catching three white marlins and one blue!

Our exterior team is making steady progress on Big Deals mezzanine, with the fabrication of the upper and lower lids in full swing. On the bridge, the paint department has primed the exterior, and the rod locker doors are now installed. Its been a busy month for installations below deck, with the mechanical team recently installing variable speed chillers, laying out the Bayliss exclusive freshwater cooling system in the pump room, and installing the bow thruster in the machine tunnel. Additionally, the port and starboard shafts are now in place to prepare for targeting the struts.

The flybridge buildout has started on Tarheel! Our exterior carpentry team begins the bridge buildout with the installation of the toe-kick, which provides ventilation for interior storage. Next, they will begin fabricating bridge seating with additional storage beneath. In the cockpit, the bridge overhang has been faired, and fabrication of in-deck dredge storage has begun aft. Up forward, Awlfair has been applied, and sanding is in progress on the bow deck.

With the hull fully glassed, sanded, and Superbuild applied, we celebrated an exciting milestone: the hull flip! In late September, our hull carpentry team, in collaboration with the mechanical department, moved Mama Seata outdoors to rollover the hull. Once upright, our team promptly moved her back indoors to begin preparations for the installation of her bulkheads in the coming weeks.
