Big Deal (Bayliss 75')
With the glassing phase complete on Big Deal's mezzanine, our exterior team has applied Awlfair, and sanding is currently under way to ensure a smooth, polished finish before the primer is applied.
On the bridge, the console buildout is in progress, with the forward freezer storage boxes starting to take shape beneath the console seating area.
Down below, our mechanical crew has finalized the plumbing for the bow thruster, while work on the black water plumbing continues in the machine tunnel. In the lower accommodations, our interior team is busy fabricating custom cabinetry items to enhance aesthetics and functionality in the staterooms and heads.
We're always excited to welcome the talented team from Everett Nautical back to the shop. They visited last month to apply faux teak to the toe rail and half round.

Tarheel Bayliss 64'
The bow deck on Tarheel is now in finish primer! Our paint team has shifted aft and is currently spraying primer on the bridge overhang.
In the cockpit, our exterior department has installed the structural decking, laying the groundwork for the teak deck that will be added later in the build process.
Meanwhile, our interior team has been hard at work installing mockups in the lower accommodations, allowing each room to truly take shape.

Mama Seata Bayliss 76'
With Mama Seata's hull upright, our hull carpentry team wasted no time adding hullside insulation and installing the interior bulkheads. The interior bulkheads clearly define the spaces for the pump room and engine room.
Up forward, the buildout of the machine tunnel has begun! This essential component will house the mechanical systems, including spare parts, and facilitate access for maintenance. On the exterior, the lifting strakes and bow thruster tube have now been successfully installed.
In the coming weeks, our hull carpentry team will add the bow thruster fairing and begin fabricating battery boxes for the engine room.
