Bayliss Boatworks construction update: Bayliss 67' Overtime
by Bayliss Boatworks 7 Apr 2021 15:19 UTC
Work continues inside the hull of Overtime (Bayliss 67') after being flipped right side up early in the month. Glassing was completed on the interior of the hull bottom before her main structural and engine bulkheads were installed.
With the bottom glassed and bulkheads in place, machine tunnel buildout began and the bow thruster tube installed. Also on the interior, hull side insulation has begun and will progress throughout the rest of the boat in the coming weeks. Buildout was completed for the fresh water tanks and baffles were installed before it moved into glassing.
Overtime's flybridge was wrapped before the entire cabin moved outdoors where it will sit until it's time for installation on the hull.
