Tarheel - Bayliss 64'
Tarheel is shaping up beautifully, with our exterior carpentry team recently installing the teak coaming and coverboards in the cockpit. Everett Nautical joined us for the faux teak application on the half-round and toe rail, adding warmth and visual depth to the exterior.
Inside, the salon veneers have been stained, and our electrical team has begun work on the main panel—marking an important step toward powering up her systems.
Up next, the exterior team will install the teak border planks in the cockpit before getting Tarheel ready to move to the paint facility for topcoat!

Mama Seata - Bayliss 76'
Our team is making solid headway on Mama Seata. After fully fabricating the salon bulkhead, our exterior team installed and glassed it in place, which allowed the salon glassing to be completed. Up forward, the anchor locker decking is installed, and the final layer of bow decking has been planked and laminated.
Below deck, the master stateroom is now outfitted with sound-down insulation to keep engine noise at bay, and the showers are being faired to a flawless finish.

Crisdel - Bayliss 64'
Crisdel's engine room is taking shape, with the hullside battery boxes now glassed in and aisle-way support lamination under way—laying the foundation for a clean, organized mechanical space.
Forward, fabrication of the machine tunnel is complete, clearing the way for our paint crew to apply the first coat of primer. Sanding is already in progress as we build toward a final, polished finish.
