Bayliss Boatworks new construction updates: Sequentis Bayliss 60'

by Bayliss Boatworks 4 Jul 19:03 UTC

As a custom sportfishing boatbuilder, we take the requests of our owners and do our best to bring them to life. When collaborating with a long-time Bayliss Boatworks customer, the vision for a 60' walkaround was put on the drawing board.

With a history of 38 traditional sportfishing boats and five center consoles, the idea of the new project was a first for the company. The challenge helped our team grow and push past our previous limits, and with the project now complete, Sequentis is officially on the water as the first walkaround from Bayliss Boatworks.

With 360-degrees of fishability, Sequentis is designed to be a life support system for a live baiting team. The bow is equipped with two livewells, and the the transom holds both a livewell and a fishbox. To make moving between fishing locations a breeze, Sequentis is powered by two MTU 12V2000 M96X diesel engines. Her interior features a salon, galley, head, a forward stateroom with two bunks, and plenty of custom storage throughout. Sequentis departed Bayliss Boatworks in late June, and will spend the summer fishing in Cape May, New Jersey.
