Performance Academy Launch Membership © Athena Pathway / Performance Academy

At the Performance Academy, we believe the key to success is a holistic approach - balancing training, knowledge, and personal growth. This is why we have created a membership programme designed to set sailors up for success, both on and off the water.

Whether a competitive sailor looking to fine-tune performance, or a passionate athlete eager to improve, our three-tiered membership provides the support, tools, and expert insights needed to succeed and achieve targeted goals.

Bronze Tier is perfect for sailors who want to track their progress and make data-driven improvements. The membership includes access to the PA Performance Tracking App, which enables athletes to track on-water sessions and fitness, combine their sailing and personal calendars, set and achieve goals, and more. The app data is also shared with the sailor's coaching team. To help create a more personalised training plan, the data can then be reviewed after each session to track progress and improve preparations for the next event.

The Bronze Membership costs £25 per month or £275 annually.

The Silver Tier offers all the perks that the Bronze Tier provides, as well as further support and mentorship for sailors. This includes two calls with your mentor per month, where personalised guidance will be provided to help sailors stay on track, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals.

The Silver Tier also includes Performance Academy Merchandise and costs £330 per quarter.

Details on the Gold Tier are set to be revealed soon.

In a recent trial of the membership scheme, one participant shared: "ASC membership has helped me take my sailing to the next level. Specific and tailored meetings have developed my on-water abilities. Off the water, the ASC membership has helped structure my year to ensure I'm getting the most out of every event. Comprehensive data collection helps me to keep track of my training and ensures I always know what I'm working on when I'm going sailing."
