Melges is proud to announce the official U.S. launch of the Switch One Design, a cutting-edge foiling dinghy that's redefining accessibility and performance in high-speed sailing. As the official U.S. dealer, Melges will oversee national sales, support, and class growth for this rapidly expanding global one-design class.

The Switch was designed by Element 6 as a one-design high-performance single-handed foiling dinghy. The idea of the design is to bring quality sailing with top-tier equipment, in an affordable and attainable package, to a broad cross-section of sailors around the world.

The boat made a strong impression at Foiling Week 2025 on Lake Garda, showcasing 32 boats, 13 nationalities, 7 Olympic medals in Sailing, 25% of the fleet were women, and ages ranging from 19 to 64.
