Join us in Larchmont on October 30th or online on October 24th to see why 50 boats have already registered for the best sailing week of the year!

Block Island Race Week is open to all kinds of sailors!

If you are a Grand Prix racer in the ORC Open Class or a family cruiser in the PHRF Performance Cruising Class, there's a place for you. And this includes Multihull, Classic, and even Double-handers, as long as your boat is at least 22 feet LOA with a PHRF rating of 177 or faster, or a CRF rating of 24 or faster. See our Notice of Race for full eligibility details.

We are excited to announce the J/109s will be competing for their East Coast Championships, and nine J/105s are already signed up, too.

We know the sailors can't stop even after the racing is over! We've seen friendly kite surfers and wing foilers enjoying the recreation zone post-race, and even some MarkSetBot races along the docks at Champlin's Marina.

Storm Trysail Club's Block Island Race Week is all about celebrating the sport, camaraderie, and fun.

Is Block Island Race Week on your bucket list? Or a Friends?

We're gearing up for the 60th anniversary of the race's founding in 1965, and we'd love to see you there! And if you are already a veteran, we ask you to convince a friend to join you! From your club, weeknight race fleet, or dock mate.

Each day will feature a variety of races—two to three buoy races for the race circles, or one long-distance race for the Performance Cruising Class. And the fun doesn't stop after racing! Join your fellow sailors every evening under the tent for food, drinks, and plenty of stories from the racecourse.

Want to learn more? Or know someone who should?

Getting to the racecourse and Block Island involves logistics and planning so come learn more about what it takes.

Join us for a Zoom seminar this Thursday, October 24th at 8:00 PM, or an In-Person Presentation on October 30th at Larchmont Yacht Club at 6:00 PM.

Race Chair Ty Anderson and other presenters will cover logistics, racing options, and everything that makes Block Island Race Week so special. A Q&A will follow, so bring your questions!

Can't make it live? No worries! We'll record the session for later viewing, but live participation is always best.
