The Royal London Yacht Club ran some fantastic racing over the weekend, with Mike Randall as PRO). The fleet headed to Osborne Bay on Saturday for four races in some tough conditions.

Big shifts and cross tide made tactics crucial, with Tango taking three bullets, and Man's Best Friend taking the other. Louise Racing was third overnight after a very consistent day.

Day two had much lighter winds that meant only one race taking place on Bramble Bank. Tide was a huge factor, causing half of the fleet finish outside the time limit once the wind died off.

Man's Best Friend took the win after a chaotic race, with many protests and boat on boat action amongst the whole fleet.

Final results left Tango (Chris Hampton) in first place, Man's Best Friend (Ted Blowers) second, and Louise Racing (Tom Hough) third.

First Corinthian Team was Audrey (Richard Ellis), followed by Astrid (Mike O'Donovan), who were almost matched by Rocketman (Rob Goddard).

The youth fleet was won by Man's Best Friend Ted Blowers), with second going to Astrid (Mike O'Donovan), and Ariel Naomi Richards) in third.

Many thanks to the Royal London Yacht Club for hosting another great weekend of racing, and to Pontoon View for a fun social.
