Allen customers visit the factory

Allen Brothers is thrilled to share the highlights of their recent corporate day, "Allen Factory to Flotilla Fiesta," held on the 26th of June. This event was designed to give valued customers an inside look at Allen Brothers' state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Essex, UK, and provide a memorable sailing experience on the River Crouch.

The day began with an exclusive tour of the warehouse and factory units. Guests were able to see firsthand the intricate processes involved in producing Allen Brothers' top-of-the-line sailing hardware. The tour included a visit to the designers' resources, where all Allen products are conceived and developed. Advanced product load testing equipment was showcased, with detailed explanations of how each piece of hardware is meticulously crafted to meet the highest standards.

A highlight of the tour was the demonstration of the 80 Tonne press in action, cropping stainless steel strips for A2020 side cheeks. Guests also observed the precision and skill of CNC lathe operators producing turned parts and brass cufflinks a special memento for visitors to take home.
 
Following the tour, attendees headed to the prestigious Royal Corinthian Yacht Club for a delightful buffet lunch. The stunning venue, paired with delicious food, set the stage for an afternoon of relaxation and networking.

The excitement continued as attendees took to the water aboard the clubs Hunter 707s, recently refurbished with Allen sailing hardware. With perfect weather conditions sunshine and a gentle breeze guests had the chance to experience the performance and quality of Allen equipment firsthand. There were a couple of thrilling races, showcasing not only the skill of participants but also the superior design and functionality of the products.

Feedback from guests has been overwhelmingly positive. They found the day both informative and enjoyable, gaining a deeper understanding of Allen Brothers' commitment to quality and innovation.
