The Js didn't leave a single crumb of victory to the others, winning all six legs of this edition! There were six Js in the top ten, with the J/99 J LANCE and J/99 WHIMJY taking first and second place respectively.

The Duo Cat-Amania is a IRC French race organised by the Yacht Club du Crouesty-Arzon and the SNT. It takes place over 6 coastal legs between La Trinité sur Mer, Le Crouesty, l'Herbaudière, La Turballe and then a grand finale in Quiberon Bay with a finish at Port Haliguen. Last week, 56 double-handed crews competed in changing weather, conditions that never ceased to challenge them. There was something for everyone: sun, rain, a thunderstorm, light winds, strong winds, flat seas, choppy water...

To win, they had to be consistent despite the weather conditions. At this game, the J/99 no longer had to prove herself. Indeed, the race was dominated by J LANCE and WHIMJY 99, two perfect J/99 sisterships. The J/99 is truly a safe bet in all winds, guaranteeing maximum pleasure and performance whatever the conditions.

Fréderic Bouvier, crew member aboard the J/99 J Lance, looks back on the race: "We had a very positive race in a very competitive fleet. It has been great to battle with the sistership of our J/99 all the week. We have been both able to be at the upfront of the fleet every day, mainly because of the versatile performance, the particularity of the race is that you cannot discard any race so you have to be consistent all the week and racing with a boat that is not too extreme for dedicated conditions help a lot."

The other Js are not to be outdone, living up to their reputation as easy-to-perform yachts, with 6 of them in the top 10!
