Designed for both power and sail applications, the RCU-1 gives captains greater freedom and confidence by enabling intuitive, handheld control of Raymarine's Evolution™ autopilot systems.
Featuring a bright color display and ergonomic design for single-hand operation, the RCU-1 delivers a new standard in wireless autopilot control. Whether trimming sails, managing fishing gear or simply moving around the deck, boaters can stay in command from virtually anywhere on board.
Key RCU-1 benefits
- Point-and-Go Navigation: Set a course instantly by pointing the controller.
- Solo Sailor Mode: An industry-first safety feature that responds automatically in a man-overboard scenario by turning the vessel into the wind and slowing to near-stop if the wearer falls overboard or the Bluetooth® link is lost.
- 30-day battery life: Powered by two AA batteries with smart power-saving modes.
- 98-foot (30m) wireless range via the WG-1 wireless gateway.
- Stay connected to vessel data: the RCU-1 shows heading, speed, depth and waypoint data from NMEA 2000 and SeaTalkNG networks.

The RCU-1 and WG-1 Starter Kit includes one remote and one wireless receiver unit, giving boaters everything they need to get started in one package. Additional RCU-1 controllers can be purchased separately to add to an existing system.
