SEA.AI, a global leader in advanced marine vision systems, is proud to announce the opening of its new Australian office, marking a major step in its expansion into the Asia-Pacific region.

The move reflects increasing demand across commercial, recreational, and defence marine sectors for innovative artificial intelligence-powered situational awareness solutions.

Strategically located on the Gold Coast, the Australian presence strengthens SEA.AI's commitment to supporting local customers, boatbuilders, commercial operators, and government agencies with faster service, regional expertise, and enhanced technical support.

Australia has always been an early adopter of marine innovation," said Marcus Warrelmann, CEO of SEA.AI. "With its vast coastline and highly active maritime industry, this is a natural progression for us. Establishing a dedicated office here allows us to better serve our growing network of dealers, shipyards, and end users."

SEA.AI's cutting-edge systems—designed to detect and classify objects at sea in real time—are already being used globally by offshore racing teams, commercial vessels, coast guards, and naval authorities.

With the launch of the Australian office, SEA.AI will now offer faster access to its latest product lines, as well as technical training and aftersales support onshore.

The local operations will be headed by Mark Lane, a respected marine industry professional with over 20 years of experience in business development, sales, and dealer network growth across Australia. Mark's extensive industry knowledge and deep network of relationships make him the ideal leader to spearhead SEA.AI's expansion and support strategy.

"This is more than just an expansion—it's about embedding SEA.AI into the future of Australian and New Zealand's maritime safety and performance," said Lane. "We're excited to bring this groundbreaking technology even closer to the people who need it most."
