The Real Club Náutico de Torrevieja is already working hard on the 18th edition of the Euromarina Optimist Torrevieja Trophy 2026. This edition will be held between 29th January and 1st February and will be very special. The flagship regatta of the Club and the city of Torrevieja comes of age in this new voyage.

That is why the Organising Committee is preparing and working on some special aspects within the Social Events programme. In addition to the now traditional Welcome Party, which has become a hallmark of the event, there will be other important elements that will be finalised shortly. These new initiatives will have the main objective of further strengthening the family spirit and camaraderie that characterises the Torrevieja event among all the sailors taking part in the regatta.

Another edition in which the RCN Torrevieja and its Organising Committee have placed special emphasis on limiting registrations to a maximum of 400 sailors. The aim is none other than to guarantee an exceptional level of competition, efficient logistics and personalised attention both on land and at sea.

As of today, and after opening the registration period, there are already nearly 60 sailors registered, a figure that is growing rapidly every day, reflecting the impact, relevance and special interest that the children's sailing regatta has at national and international level.

At present, 11 countries are represented, a figure that will continue to grow over the remaining five months before the official start of the competition. The Torrevieja event already has representatives from Austria, Brazil, Denmark, Estonia, France, England, Ireland, the Netherlands, Sweden, the United States, and Spain.

Euromarina Optimist Torrevieja 2026 has Euromarina, a company with more than 50 years of history, as its main sponsor. Euromarina is a leader in the real estate sector and a pioneer in the tourism sector. In additional, the Torrevieja regatta has collaborators such as Olimpic Sails, Citizen, Winner, Sailing Cuack, and Trac Trac, joined by public institutions, federations, and the international, national, and regional Optimist class, among others.
