Over the past year, the Palm Beach Motor Yachts' state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Johor, Malaysia has undergone major renovations, adding an impressive 31,000 square meters (approximately 334,000 square feet) to the existing 51,000 square meter facility.

With this development, our total factory footprint will now reach an incredible 80,000 square meters (about 861,000 square feet), equivalent to 20 acres of covered workspace. This strategic expansion is a crucial component of the Palm Beach Motor Yachts' factory-direct experience, providing yacht owners with unparalleled service and an array of customization options.

"Our investment in this expansion is about more than just the physical space," said Mark Richards, Founder, CEO, and Chief Designer of Palm Beach Motor Yachts. "It encompasses advanced technology, innovative equipment, enhanced building processes, and, most importantly, the talented people who bring our vision to life. The satisfaction I derive from seeing it all come together is amazing."

The demand for factory-direct boat building has been remarkable — not only in our manufacturing capabilities, but also in our diverse product offerings and skilled workforce. This expansion supports the increasing demand for our bespoke yacht models while strengthening our commitment to factory-direct sales and service, delivering top-tier customer service to existing and new Palm Beach Motor Yachts owners around the world.
