The Atlantic Striped Bass Management Board of the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission (ASMFC) will meet on December 16th to consider changes to the 2025 management measures to meet the stock's rebuilding targets.

The meeting is in response to the 2024 Stock Assessment Update presented at the October ASMFC meeting.

ASA and our partners in the recreational fishing community have advocated for management that ensures a robust and sustainable striped bass population while balancing access for the entire recreational sector. Click the link below to read more about our priorities for striped bass management.
