Leading marine products and watersports apparel manufacturer, Typhoon International is excited to introduce the latest evolutions of its most popular drysuits; the Max B 2.0, Sea Kayak and PS440 2.0.
Harnessing seven decades of experience in manufacturing marine products and watersports apparel, Typhoon has produced its latest series of drysuits to suit a wide variety of on-water activities, incorporating the finest material with innovative technology for the ultimate in quality and wearability.
Max B 2.0
A class leader for over 20 years, this robust and reliable drysuit has received an upgrade, while continuing to offer the wearer high performance and durable on-water protection.
Front entry, complete with a low maintenance YKK® Aquaseal zip, coupled with Glideskin neoprene cuff and neck seals, make the Max B 2.0 easy to don, while the suit's articulation allows enhanced freedom of movement, no matter what the activity.
Warmth, comfort and protection are further provided by the adjustable fleece lined storm collar, fabric socks and adjustable ankle and wrist covers. Made to last, the upgraded version of the Max B also provides reinforced knees, seat and shins for added durability.
Reflective strips are incorporated for increased visibility, and a highly useful leg pocket with a chart/map window completes the drysuit package.
"When a suit is as popular and has been in the range for as long as the Max B, changes are only made when there is absolute conviction that the new features will add functionality and improve the user's experience," says Kevin Coulthard, Managing Director at Typhoon International.
The Max B 2.0 comes in red/black and is available in sizes M/MB/L/XL/XXL.

Sea Kayak 2.0
Designed with the comfort and protection of the kayaker in mind, the Sea Kayak drysuit is made from waterproof and breathable TX-4 fabric and comes with a smooth, non-chafing Glideskin neck seal, latex cuff seals and an easy-donning hinge entry system, featuring the YKK© Aquaseal zip.
Taking the design to the next level, the bespoke angled cuff makes paddling easier while still offering the ultimate in cover and protection. The 360-degree neoprene waist band is also fully compatible with kayaking, with a front fastening hook and loop adjustment to customise the fit when used in conjunction with a spray deck.
With specific male and female versions, the Sea Kayak drysuit is articulated for ease of movement; while paddling, comfort and fit are further enhanced by a chest strap, internal braces and a buckle system with a rotating buckle, which aids in the drop seat functionality of the suit.
The fleece-lined storm collar is complemented by a fully adjustable, lightweight foldaway hood. Both the hood and collar are adorned with IMO Reflective Encapsulated badges, enhancing visibility at night and in low-light conditions when illuminated.
In addition, superior durability is provided by reinforced nylon in the high usage areas of the seat, knees and shins, with seat protection and comfort augmented by removable neoprene seat inserts.
The Sea Kayak drysuit is completed with an upper sleeve pocket, which is accessible when wearing a personal flotation device, as well as low maintenance YKK® Aquaseal zips and fabric socks.
The men's Sea Kayak drysuit comes in a tangerine/grey colour and is available in sizes M/MB/L/XL/XXL.
The women's Sea Kayak drysuit comes in a tangerine/plum colour and is available in sizes S/SM/M/LM/L
PS440 2.0
Recognised for its outstanding quality, the new suit features an upgrade to Typhoon's cutting-edge zip-off collar system, making it more versatile and extending its seasonal window. The evolution of this popular unisex multisport drysuit offers a more streamlined and articulated fit, promoting greater ease of movement on the water.
The new version of the PS440 incorporates a large front chest kangaroo-style pocket, which is complemented with a low-profile bellow thigh pocket with chart/map pouch, giving the wearer ample storage if required.
In addition to the hi-vis fully lined hood which packs into the removable collar, the suit includes IMO Reflective Encapsulated patches across the shoulders, enhancing visibility at night and in low-light conditions when illuminated.
With 1000 denier PU coating reinforced nylon seat and knees offering superior durability in high usage areas, seat protection and comfort is further enhanced with removable neoprene seat inserts, perfect for long paddles.
Reducing snag hazards, the jacket also boasts internal elastic drawcord pullers at the hem, while the internal braces have a chest strap for added comfort and support. The suit is finished with Glideskin cuff and neck seals, along with fabric socks.
