Practice makes perfect at 2024 Melges 24 U.S. National Championship in Santa Barbara

Registration and practice day at the 2024 Melges 24 U.S. National Championship is done and dusted.

The fleet enjoyed a fun-filled day both on and off the water. Highlights included a North Sails Tuning Clinic, a formal address from the Santa Barbara Yacht Club (SBYC) Commodore and a special declaration from the Mayor of Santa Barbara. Participants indulged in smash burgers, Third Window Brewing beer, and plenty of great conversations and catching up back at SBYC. It was the perfect way to kick off the championship!

Race Day 1 gets underway on Friday, July 12 with a first signal at 1300 PAC time.
