Dangerous conditions ENTIRE COAST continue Mon and Tue...possibly longer
Why
A deep low over the southern Tasman is bringing strong southerly winds to the NSW coast. This setup is expected to remain for several days, then move east mid-week.
Where
Dangerous conditions currently affecting the coast on Sunday are now expected on the entire NSW coast on Monday and Tuesday, possibly longer, with seas of 3 metres plus southerly swells of 3 to 5 metres.
BOM is warning that on all NSW waters surf conditions are expected to be hazardous for coastal activities such as crossing bars by boat and rock fishing.
Swell period
Swell period will be 11 to 12 seconds.
