It all started with a crazy idea from the Lagoon teams: how could the whole Lagoon family celebrate the turquoise brand's 40th anniversary together?

The Lagoon World Escapade was born. Three days of sailing, sharing and festivities around the world. This event was made possible thanks to the strong motivation and involvement of Lagoon's worldwide distribution network.

Over 400 boats - all models, from the smallest to the largest Lagoon yachts - and 2,400 participants gathered to celebrate Lagoon's anniversary in 30 dream destinations. Some Escapades, such as the one organized in Turkey, welcomed as many as 40 catamarans.

Day and night, the event's worldwide Whatsapp group continued to record magnificent images of catamarans in dreamy landscapes, happy crews in rallies, moments of celebration and conviviality - around turquoise cocktails, awards ceremonies, seaside activities - as well as magical moments of contemplation of flora and fauna.

"Participants enjoy taking part in every Lagoon Escapade, but when they realize that this anniversary is being celebrated in so many places in the same time, the emotion is intense and tangible. We are so proud to see so many Lagoon Lovers around the world. Only Lagoon can do that!" Thomas Gailly, Lagoon Director.
