It's a simple question - How do you power an AC75? This time around for the third generation Cup boats the answer is different depending on whether you're talking about above or below the waterline. And this time around cycling looks set to be the answer.

Matt Sheahan goes behind the scenes at INEOS Britannia's base in Barcelona to find out how the human power plant on an AC75 works along with what and why it has changed from last time.
