The BFD: Not just another TLA

Roald Dahl created the BFG and in the seminal game Doom, one of the sought-after weapons also shared that TLA (three-lettered acronym), but A+T have their own similar acronym for an anything but ordinary product... the BFD - the sailor's weapon of choice.

The BFD is the brightest, biggest, and toughest full-colour marine display available. No reflections, the widest viewing angle, and unparalleled customer support make this the must-have display for your yacht.

The display is fully waterproof and can withstand high temperatures, with each unit tested underwater for a day and in an oven at 75 degrees Celsius.

The BFD is fully customisable, with the ability to switch displayed information depending on the leg of the course you're on, be that pre-start, upwind, downwind, or reaching.

What's more, it's compatible with B&G, Raymarine, Garmin system, as well of course to the exceptional A+T Instruments ATP Processor.

Here is some of the feedback received about the BFD display:

"Displays were very well received by all - especially the owner! Great purchase, thank you."

Barney Henshaw-Depledge, Captain SY Velsheda

"We had A+T displays on the mast. They were so good that, on the water while racing, several boats said they could read our numbers better than their own!"

Bob Clitherow

"Clarity of display second to none."

Alexis Howard
