The 2024 Noosa Yacht and Rowing Clubs next Gaff Rig regatta is scheduled for Saturday the 8th and Sunday the 9th of June 2024.
Don't miss the fun next year, great camaraderie with even more interesting prizes for 2024 from existing and new sponsors.
We can assure you of perfect sailing conditions in warm Noosa winter waters.
First prize is a barrell of Bundy rum.
Entry forms, Notice of Race and images from 2023 Gaff Rig regatta are available at nyrc.com.au/sailing/noosa-gaff-rig-regatta
Entries are basically for yachts with Gaff, Gunter or similar rigs (e.g. any type of four sided mainsail) and can be constructed of any material new or old.
The races will be conducted with two divisions to ensure all sizes and type of yachts have fair and competitive handicaps.
The NYRC can arrange launching, mooring, accommodation, crew and anything else if required.
If you have more time to spare the Noosa River the Everglades is the most unique, beautiful, and natural location in Australia to cruise in centreboard yachts.

As an added bonus for 2024 in some states the Regatta dates also include the King's Birthday holiday.
All proceeds from the regatta go directly to the NYRC Sailability charity.
