Bayliss Boatworks new construction updates

June was a productive month for our exterior carpentry team on the walkaround build. On the bow, the anchor locker hatch has been installed. Progress on the fish box buildout continues in the cockpit, and coverboards are being installed as well. In the lower accommodations on

, mockups are being set in place by our interior carpentry crew!

Steady progress is being made on the 64'

. The anchor locker buildout is progressing on the bow, and the hatch is being fabricated. Our exterior carpentry team has been busy glassing the salon and lazarrette, and our interior carpentry team is working on installing mockups throughout the lower accommodations. Next month, crews will focus on glassing the bow deck and beginning the cockpit deck buildout.

Since her recent flip, our team has been working hard over in the hull shop. Our paint crew continues to fair and sand the hull on
Bayliss 75'
, and our hull carpentry team recently installed the bulkheads for the engine room, pump room, and lazarette. The bow thruster tube was recently installed and the machine tunnel buildout is currently in the works.
