Huk performance fishing gear is committed to designing clothing for the hardcore angler, and no angler resembles that commitment more than Brock Mosley. With a phenomenal four-day total of 44 lbs and 3 oz on the Sabine River, Mosley completed a run at his first blue trophy at the Folds of Honor Bassmaster Elite event. This comes after 5 grueling career 2nd place finishes.
"After five times walking off the stage and seeing my wife crying, I was starting to think it would never happen," Mosley said with a quaking voice. "But I always said, 'When it's God's timing, I'll win one of these.'"
Mosley got off to a nice start with a 12th place, Day 1 limit of 9 lbs. and 15 oz. Despite losing two hours to a mechanical issue in the second round, he added 11 lbs. and 15 oz to take over the lead on Day 2 where he would not concede it for the rest of the weekend.
"Brock embodies everything it means to be a Huk angler. It's clear that he loves this sport, as well as the opportunity to represent our brand on the national stage," said Paige Hill-Murphy, Community Manager for Huk Performance Fishing. "We are very proud of his commitment to taking home a blue trophy, and look forward to the rest of his season this year."
Mosley relies on Huk's clothing to keep him cool and comfortable on the water all year. From shirts, pants, outerwear, rainwear, and footwear, Huk has anglers covered regardless of season or pursuit.
