Entry is now open for the RYA Summer Match Racing Series 2023 with teams looking forward to a variety of venues plus championships for women and youth sailors.

With top match racing locations lined up and the chance to claim a place in the RYA Match Racing Grand Final, entries are set to include experienced teams at the top of their game from the UK and abroad.

The #rockupandrace series is also designed to inspire those new to match racing and anyone interested in getting a team of friends together to give it a try is also encouraged to enter.

Taking part is easy with a rigged and ready-to-go fleet of keelboats at each location. There is also support available for those new to match racing, including coaching and mentoring for teams at the Harken Youth Match Racing Championships.

RYA Keelboat Development Manager Richard Moxey, who is the Series Director, said: "British match racing is as popular as ever and I'm looking forward to seeing new teams of all ages joining in this summer!"

Further details can be found in the Notice of Race and entry for the first four events in the series is now open. There is an early bird discount available for teams entering Summer Match Racing Qualifier 1 before 23.59 on 2 June 2023.
