Last week, ASA and Keep Florida Fishing teamed up with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) and the Coastal Conservation Association Florida to remind anglers to carry descending devices or venting tools to help reef fish avoid barotrauma.

As of April 1, Florida requires fishing vessels targeting reef fish to carry these devices on board.
