We've expanded our facility, we've got a lot of boats to build for our awesome customers © Insetta Boatworks
This past month has been full of rewarding moments for the Insetta Boatworks team!
Our facility expansion is complete, our production team is growing, we began testing our first Suzuki-powered 35IFC and started production on what will be a VERY special 35IFC that we can't wait to show you more of!
Read about what we've been up to below:
Current builds
The Ice Blue, Suzuki-powered 35IFC has hit the water for testing! We're currently working directly with Suzuki to analyze the data and optimize how the 350's perform on our hydrofoil-assisted catamaran design.
The under-deck rigging on this Haze Gray 35IFC has been completed and the liner has been bonded to the hull! The cap is rigged and ready to go on next! If you're curious about the bonding process, check out this awesome video from Sika Marine to get a glimpse of us bonding the hull and liner on our boats!
The next Ice Blue 35IFC in line is out of the mold and has her hydrofoil and finlets installed! Hull compartments have been faired and gel-coated and fuel tanks and rigging are up next!
Finally, the latest 35IFC to hit the mold will have a black bottom and gray hull. This is the "VERY special" 35IFC we mentioned in the beginning of this newsletter for several reasons. First, it's being built for a very well-known fisherman/YouTuber named Robert Arrington (AKA DeerMeatForDinner) and will be sure to gain a lot of attention as he travels around the Eastern US and Caribbean with it! Second, he'll be documenting the entire build process on his YouTube channel for the entire world to see. And lastly, this particular boat will not only be decked-out with the latest and greatest components, but it will have a few surprises in store that really take the 35IFC to the next level! Stay tuned!!!
