For the second consecutive year, a record 50 boats are in the Conch Republic for four days of fishing, fun and family. That's right folks. It's that time again.
Presented by Christi Insurance Group & Travelers Insurance, the eighth annual Viking Key West Challenge started on Wednesday evening with a festive cocktail party and Captains' Meeting at Dante's Tiki Bar followed by the first day of fishing on Thursday.
As expected, the weather is sunny and beautiful - and the boats are gorgeous! The fleet, which ranges from 41 to 92 feet, features both Viking sportfishing yachts and Valhalla Boatworks center consoles.
