The initial stages of tooling are under way, this picture describes the before and after of this process.
This process starts as a block of high-density foam which is then milled with a 5-axis CNC router that carves out the hull shape with remarkable precision.

As the first 47 CC makes her way closer to the water, 47-003 made her way into the mold last week. Like her sisters, she'll also be powered with quad Mercury 600 V12's, have a full suite of Garmin electronics, gap tower and a seakeeper to name a few highlights.
