The 2022 Fred Hall Show cancelled the 2022 event, but Bass Pro Spring Fishing Classic more than filled in with thousands of outdoors enthusiasts at their Rancho location, including kids fishing pond with "Sierra" backdrop.

Despite the last minute cancellation of the 2022 Fred Hall Long Beach Show, The Sportfishing Conservancy still managed to get our conservation message in front of thousands of outdoors enthusiasts. We were proud to partner with the Bass Pros Stores' "Rancho" location as they hosted their Spring Fishing Classic. Our team not only manned our "spin to follow" booth, we also helped with volunteers at their outside kids fishing pond - Bass Pro took advantage of their water themed landscape with awesome mountain backdrop (see attached photo!) and gave hundreds of kids a chance to fish the pond and catch catfish (up to 12 pounds!). The kids and parents loved it!

While all this was going on outside, we were able to get our conservation message out while signing up folks on our social media platforms. Sign up with us on Facebook, Instagram or YouTube and get free spin on the wheel. This allows us to continue to stay in contact and get our message out to the outdoors crowd. We post weekly content to keep folks informed about not only fishing, but also our important outdoors conservation updates.

A special thanks goes out to Kaylan Stedman, Connor and the young Philip Friedman, all helping out as part of the TSC Team. We would also like to thank Bob Minor and the entire Rancho Bass Pro crew for their help and support.
