The Tasar GBR Class Association are delighted to announce their new website has now gone live. The class has been "resting" during the pandemic following on from the very successful 2019 World Championship hosted in the UK which saw 70 competitors compete from 7 different nations.

As we prepare for the new season in 2022 it seems an appropriate time to get the new website up and running to assist sailors and potential new owners to plan their year of sailing ahead. The website features a great section of sailing techniques including links to the legendary Frank Bethwaite's Tasar sailing manual; which is supplemented with a UK Quick Start guide for those looking for a quicker hit...

The clubs section gives a view of all the UK clubs that have Tasars using data acquired via the recent survey... this will help those new to the class to find clubs where they can connect with fellow Tasar Sailors.

There is the opportunity to subscribe to the future eNewsletters and a comprehensive news section which will be kept up to date going forwards.

Class Chairman Rick Perkins said, "It's important that we put our best foot forward on-line to showcase the class to those who may be interested in sailing one of the best couples/family high-performance racers available... we hope many will find the new website engaging".

The new website can be viewed at www.tasargbr.org
