Hull 67, 56' Renegade

With the teak combing and covering boards installed, the cockpit is looking more battle-ready on approach to Hull 67's early 2022 launch. Cabinetry components are in the final varnish stage and being installed as mechanical systems are fitted and connected in the engine and pump rooms.

Hull 65, 64' Sportfisherman

Big news for hull 65 is the construction of the cabin jig. The cabin sides and top are each a single piece constructed of composite materials and glassed on a massive infusion table. These pieces are then secured to the jig and joined together to form the cabin structure.

Hull 64, 68' Sportfisherman

Hull 64 is available for sale! This in-progress 68-footer features some of the latest build techniques at Jarrett Bay including a one-piece vacuum infused composite foredeck and full underwater exhaust, plus stringers wide enough to handle just about any power package for her load and beds for a Seakeeper 26.

With planking complete on Hull #68, our crews began cutting holes into the hull With planking complete our crews began cutting holes into the hull. Bow thruster and sea chest openings are cut along with recesses for the Dyna-Plates. We complete these items before the bottom glass to help eliminate any tabbing buildup. Posted on 9 Nov 2023
