Godfrey Marine, manufacturer of pontoons built with enduring quality and superior craftsmanship, announced today two new additions to its luxury line of Monaco Pontoons, the MC235 FS and the MC255 FS.

Offering unparalleled comfort for both anglers and entertainers alike, the new MC235 FS and MC255 FS deliver versatile and stylish platforms not previously available in the Monaco line. The new fish-specific models are equipped with a dedicated fishing station with a livewell that can double as a day cooler, cup holders that double as rod holders, dedicated upright rod holders, knife and tool storage, and stern fish seats on removable pedestals.

"Our new Monaco FS Series provides the elevated style that defines the Monaco lineup, with the addition of dedicated fishing amenities and high-class features," said Wally Ross, director of product management and marketing, Godfrey Marine. "The MC235 FS and MC255 FS are the perfect way to combine the treasured gifts of fishing and cruising with family."

For passengers that are taking a break from the fishing action, or those simply out for a cruise, Monaco FS' comfort features include large bow lounges, each with a forward-facing chaise, as well as an ample stern pit area which wraps around the helm seat to make for an inviting conversation space. For privacy under way, the port bow chaise has the option to convert to a private changing room. If fishing is not the primary goal, users can upgrade the starboard livewell lids to solid surface counter tops for convenient entertaining space; fishing seats are upgradeable to high-quality, reclining helm chairs mounted on fixed pedestals; and ski-tow pedestals are available for watersports enthusiasts.

"Our customers clamored for a high-end, dedicated fishing platform, and we've delivered," said Janene Harness, project manager, Godfrey Marine. "These new models are where our enduring quality meets enhanced finishes, with every accent well-thought-out from the gracefully arched rails that mirror the horizon to the new custom interior."

Available in 23- and 25-foot lengths, with an 8-foot, 6-inch beam, Monaco FS packages are offered with standard 27-inch tubes or a choice of 27- or 29-inch sport tubes, as well as an optional 27- or 29-inch center tube. Based on configuration, the MC235 FS and MC255 FS can accommodate between 12-16 and 14-17 passengers and be powered with 150-hp to 300-hp and 150-hp to 400-hp, respectively.

The Monaco FS models are available through Godfrey's network of dealers. For more information on Godfrey or its full line-up of pontoons, please visit www.godfreypontoonboats.com.
