by Spinlock 13 Nov 2019 15:20 UTC 19-21 November 2019

Market-leading marine products manufacturer Spinlock, will be attending METSTRADE 2019 in Amsterdam (19 - 21 November), the world's largest leisure marine equipment trade show.

This year, the innovation-driven company will occupy a prominent position in Hall 7 with a new-look exhibition stand and a range of products which once again push the boundaries to define new performance and safety benchmarks for leisure and commercial marine users.

Iconic next-generation Deckvest 6D lifejacket nominated for DAME Design Awards 2019

The newly launched Deckvest 6D lifejacket from industry leader Spinlock is nominated for a DAME Design Award this year. The 6D marks a new era for Spinlock and its popular Deckvest lifejacket range. With a design focus on perfect fit and smooth adjustment, the Deckvest 6D is simple, fast and intuitive to fit. Maintaining the iconic Deckvest look, the stylish Deckvest 6D positions it as much a piece of sportswear as a piece of safety equipment, making it yet another game changer for this multi award-winning company.

New XTX Powerclutch launch at the Show

Other product highlights include the launch of the advanced new ultra-lightweight XTX rope clutch from Spinlock's exciting new soft grip clutch range. Packed with must-have features for anyone looking to boost their sailing performance, the XTX Powerclutch uses optimized SOFTGRIP braid with high performance braid anchor technology for mid-load rope holding. Easy to set up with no performance tuning and no handle rotation space required, it has a uniquely small footprint, low profile and lightweight, plus neat retracting toggle for fingertip control of clutching power. With controlled, consistent release across a full range of loads, it's gentle on rope covers, to increase the lifecycle of your ropes

James Hall, Sales & Marketing Manager for Spinlock, said, "These new products are industry-firsts and we are delighted to introduce them to the largest global gathering in the leisure industry. Our fantastic new stand in Hall 7, with proximity to the InnovationLAB and the DAME Design Awards display, will allow us to meet many more visitors to the show and showcase our position as a brand leader in the market."
