Well at least one of them anyway... That leaves six and half in a shed somewhere, possibly at Innovation Composites in Nowra. This vision, and these stills come from Lake Macquarie, about two hours North of Sydney.
They are out testing not only the boat they have put back together, but the new Doyle Sails, and also the Glenn Ashby designed C-Tech dagger foils and elevators. It is definitely Phil Robertson and Steve Thomas onboard, but unsure who the third sailor is. Of course he could be trying to hide his identity with that ultra-cool, pull up, neck scarf, mask thing that he's wearing. However, it does indicate a certain age bracket, say under 25 years, which would be in keeping with the boat's massive requirement for super-agility once on board.
What we can also say is that Michael Firmin and none of the big wigs spotted so far. We have been following the 'new' SuperFoiler since Where's Wally?, so we'll definitely keep at it. Hopefully a circuit is to come soon, so we look forward to an announcement on that in the next little while please...
Recently, we have come to further understand that Firmin has said that there are numerous large international brands at the ready to be part of it all, so we cannot wait to see who they are. Good stuff. Great for sailing.
We remain here to help, as per the original format.
