FUSION®, a worldwide leader in marine audio entertainment, announces the launch of its Signature Series 8.8-inch wake tower speakers and component tweeter, engineered for maximum sound output, quality audio delivery, dynamic range and a modern aesthetic design.

The acoustic properties of the tower speakers have been specifically optimized for wake boat applications. With longer throw, greater cut through and precisely calculated enclosure parameters, the wake tower speakers are designed to reproduce crystal clear audio with high performance at all volume levels. The silk dome tweeter creates a smooth upper frequency response and increased efficiency. CURV cone technology, a woven polypropylene composite, produces unprecedented sound while the large diameter voice coil increases power and efficiency of the speaker for a sound only delivered by FUSION products.

Manufactured for installation in the harshest of conditions with an IP65 rating for water and dust ingress protection, the speakers also meet industry standards for UV and salt fog protection and are backed by FUSION's True-Marine three year consumer warranty. The high grade engineered basket construction ensures the unit's durability, and fully sealed crossover components enhance protection. The wake towers advance speaker design with a dual-color LED lighting diffuser to evenly disperses the light. Users can choose from Striking Blue or Sparkling White to set the mood or start the party. The LED diffuser cap has also been designed to protect the lights and circuitry from the environment.

Two mounting bracket options are available for the Signature Series Wake Tower Speakers, a swivel mount and a fixed mount. Each mount comes with rubber gaskets and spacers for the seven industry standard bar sizes ranging from 1-5/16 inch (33.4 mm) to 2-1/2 inch (63.5 mm) in size, making stocking these mounts and installing them easy and versatile.

Available as an exciting accessory is the Signature Series component tweeter that will add another dimension to the listening experience on the water. It can be conveniently installed with both flush and surface mounting options wherever is most suitable on the vessel, complementing the Signature Series speaker range onboard. The tweeter combines a 1-inch voice coil with a neodymium pot magnet system, hard dome tweeter and an impressive 200 watts peak power that work in unison to produce quality high frequencies. Just like the wake tower speakers, the component tweeter is built for durability no matter where it's installed.

"Our Signature Series speakers delivers the ultimate in sound quality," said Chris Baird, managing director of FUSION Entertainment. "The wake speaker and component tweeter are expertly engineered and designed with sound-impacting features so boaters can experience the cleanest sound possible while on the water. Our attention to the specific needs of wakeboarders, as well as those who want to add tweeters for a more dynamic sound to their boats, is just another way that FUSION listens to our customers and delivers exactly what they need."

FUSION, the leader in marine entertainment, is dedicated to offering innovative solutions that enhance personal leisure time on the water. FUSION, owned by GARMIN, builds products that exceed regulatory standards using the latest technologies at GARMIN's international ISO accredited manufacturing facility.
